Nakayama Fudousan to Rename to 'N×TECHNOLOGIES Inc.' Effective June 1, 2026

Nakayama Fudousan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi; President: Koichi Nakayama) announces that it will change its corporate name to N×TECHNOLOGIES Inc. effective Monday, June 1, 2026. Along with this, the company is unveiling a new brand logo and concept. Even after the name change, the company will continue to use 'Nakayama Fudousan' as its brand for real estate sales. Since its founding in 2009, the company has been based in Nagoya, developing a wide range of real estate businesses including planning and sales of income-generating properties, buy-and-resell, brokerage, and management. In recent years, it has expanded into job seeker support training, contributing to the local community through both real estate and human resources. The real estate industry is currently at a major turning point. Issues such as a declining birthrate and aging population, vacant houses, changes in work styles, and the rapid evolution of technology make it difficult to truly support each customer's life within the framework of traditional real estate business. We are changing our name to N×TECHNOLOGIES Inc. to reflect our determination to evolve into a company whose mission is to create the future of real estate through the power of technology and enrich Japanese society. While the corporate name will change, the real estate sales business will continue to operate under the 'Nakayama Fudousan' brand.
