Shoushan Zoo Launches Dinosaur Time Adventure, Shou Q Family Popularity Poll Underway

The Kaohsiung City Tourism Bureau announced today in a press release that this year's Children's Day series of events attracted over one million visitors. To continue the momentum and promote animal conservation education, Shoushan Zoo has installed dinosaur figures, including Triceratops, Baby T-Rex, Brachiosaurus baby, and Camarasaurus, within the park, inviting the public to visit and find the dinosaurs.

The zoo stated that it is launching the 'Time Adventure' mission from now until April 30th. Visitors who take photos with the dinosaur installations in the park and participate in activities with cooperating stores can redeem discounts on food and souvenirs.

In addition, Shoushan Zoo is simultaneously holding a popularity poll for its animal mascot characters, the 'Shou Q Family,' showcasing the characteristics of the candidate animals on its official social media platforms. The voting event will proceed in stages, including online campaigning and election prediction. A final award ceremony will be held at the zoo on May 2nd, combined with a costume parade.

The zoo mentioned that in recent years, through IP character management and digital content promotion, they have combined animal behaviors to design engaging videos and interactive mechanisms, increasing public attention to animal conservation issues. In the future, they will continue to create diverse activities to build a recreational space that is both educational and entertaining, attracting more people to visit the zoo.
