The Administrative Enforcement Agency issued a press release stating that its April 123 joint auction saw real estate bids totaling over NT$202.26 million. The highest bid was over NT$85.10 million by the Yilan Branch for a garment factory in Wujie Township. The second highest was over NT$51.18 million by the Taoyuan Branch for a commercial office, and the third highest was NT$14.78 million by the Taoyuan Branch for building land in Zhongli District.
According to the press release, the total value of movable property, including auctions and sales, was over NT$16.01 million. The highest bid for movable property was over NT$11.84 million by the Changhua Branch for 230,000 shares of Zhonghe Textile Company from the estate of a debtor surnamed Ye. Additionally, the Changhua Branch, entrusted by the Changhua District Prosecutors Office, auctioned a Mercedes-Benz car owned by a defendant surnamed Lin, suspected of fraud, which sold for NT$1.02 million. Two excavators, tools of a landscaping company's crime, were auctioned for NT$330,000.
The Administrative Enforcement Agency also noted other prominent items, including over 18,872 units of Tether (USDT) and over 22 units of MAX Coin held by a defendant surnamed Xu, suspected of fraud, auctioned by the Taoyuan Branch at the request of the Taoyuan District Prosecutors Office; and over 1,769 units of Tether held by a defendant surnamed Lin, also suspected of fraud. These cryptocurrencies were collectively auctioned for NT$660,702.
According to the press release, various branches also successfully auctioned or sold many cars, trucks, motorcycles, figurines, agricultural products, daily necessities, and various unlisted and unquoted stocks with investment value, achieving good results.
The Administrative Enforcement Agency stated that the national 123 joint auction is held at each branch on the first Tuesday afternoon of every month at 3 PM. Interested buyers should not miss it. (Editor: Chang Ming-kun) 1150408
