Naomi Takayama

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1958. Culinary artist and writer. In 2016, she moved from Kichijoji, Tokyo, to Rokko, Kobe, and began living alone. She engages in creative activities while reading books, connecting with nature, interacting with people, and deeply contemplating matters.

Her works include the diary essay series "Hibi Gohan," the essay collection "Hon to Karada" (Books and Body), and the cookbook "Shinzou Yasai Dayori" (Revised Edition: Vegetable Diary), among many others.
