Express Bus Okayama-Kobe/Sannomiya Line Partially Extended to Kobe Airport

The express bus Okayama-Kobe/Sannomiya Line, jointly operated by Ryobi Bus Company (an in-house company of Ryobi Holdings Co., Ltd.), Chutetsu Bus Co., Ltd., and Shinki Bus Co., Ltd., will revise its operating section from Saturday, July 18, 2026, and extend some services to Kobe Airport (Terminal 1).
For this route, which previously operated to/from Kobe Sannomiya Bus Terminal (with some services to/from Kobe Port Tower on weekends and holidays), the schedule will be revised in conjunction with the extension, and new fares to Kobe Airport will be set.
This extension will provide direct access between Okayama Prefecture and Kobe Airport without transfers, making the airport more accessible and convenient. Against the backdrop of the start of international charter flights, the aim is to improve access to Kobe Airport, where demand is expected to grow, and enhance the convenience of travel.
The jointly operating companies will continue to cooperate to ensure safe operations and further improve services.
