LITTLE ARTISTS LEAGUE (hereinafter referred to as LAL), a global art team that solves social issues through art, began its activities in 2016 and was incorporated as a non-profit general incorporated association in 2022. The organization develops co-creative programs both domestically and internationally through art to address complex social issues such as multicultural coexistence, environmental problems, diversity, and support for sick and disabled children, fostering "awareness," "dialogue," and "a sense of self-worth."
Notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic, LAL conducted online workshops delivering art kits to severely ill and disabled children. This initiative shifted the societal perspective that often focuses on "what cannot be done," demonstrating that each individual's sensitivity and uniqueness can generate new creativity. The "Kindness Flower" workshop, in particular, produced numerous moving works that transcended physical limitations, presenting a new possibility that "everyone can create value in society."
In May 2025, LAL will launch "Colors of HOPE," a festival connecting people with intractable diseases to society, which has garnered attention from various media outlets including newspapers and television. LAL will continue to promote the creation of an inclusive society starting with art through co-creation with corporations, local governments, and educational institutions. The organization is widely seeking partner companies and organizations that aim to achieve social impact and create new value together.
● Launch of Membership System
With the renewal of its organizational structure, LITTLE ARTISTS LEAGUE is launching a new corporate membership system. Member companies will receive benefits such as their company name and logo displayed on the LITTLE ARTISTS LEAGUE official website, invitations to sponsored events, and priority notification of sponsorship opportunities. "Premium Members" will also receive annual training sessions conducted by directors and special instructors, providing practical learning opportunities on themes such as diversity, inclusive design, and multicultural coexistence.
LAL aims to co-create with companies that highly resonate with its charitable activities, companies that position DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and diversity promotion as a management strategy, companies seeking training content for executives and managers, and companies that wish to connect their efforts in addressing social issues with their own value creation and human resource development. A wide range of partner companies and organizations are being sought.

Satoshi Hasegawa
New Director | Satoshi Hasegawa
He was involved in large-scale town development projects such as Roppongi Hills and Azabudai Hills, which advocate for "cultural cities," in the design section of Mori Building Co., Ltd. He led the process of "creating cities and nurturing cities," where the city continues to grow with people's activities even after its opening, not just in terms of hard architectural design.
Meanwhile, through his personal project "H design," he produces "tangible experiences" that sharpen the five senses through town walks and as a boatman on cherry blossom cruises in his hometown of Kawagoe.
He has long been convinced that the culture and exhilaration of people flowing through a city are what breathe life into it. Therefore, LAL's mission of "IMAGINE, CREATE, REDEFINE (Imagination into creativity, expression into sustenance)" is precisely the core of his ideal urban development. Moving forward, he plans to fuse his expertise in urban development with the playfulness he values in "H design" to design spaces where children's creativity can flourish on the stage of cities, including Hills. He wishes to jointly create a community where art becomes an everyday landscape and nurtures the sensibilities of the next generation.
