About the 'NASU BURGER' Stamp Rally

The Nasu Town Tourism Association (registered DMO) will launch the 'NASU BURGER Stamp Rally' on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in conjunction with the rollout of 'NASU BURGER,' a sustainable local gourmet project themed around 'delicious food in Nasu that will continue 100 years into the future.'

This project aims to strengthen collaboration between Nasu's agriculture/livestock sector and tourism industry, promoting sustainable food culture. By visiting nine distinctive burger restaurants, participants can enjoy the culinary charm of Nasu and collect stamps to receive 'Nasu Guruchi,' a regional coupon redeemable within Nasu Town.

[Three Features of 'NASU BURGER' (Definition)]

① Use of Nasu-region ingredients for the patty (main ingredient), such as Nasu Wagyu beef, Nasu Royal Pork, Nasu chicken, or soybeans.

② Inclusion of at least one dairy product from the Nasu region (cheese, milk, butter, etc.).

③ Use of at least two types of seasonal vegetables from the Nasu region.

※ As a recommended practice, utilization of underused ingredients such as off-grade vegetables is encouraged to reduce food waste.

What is NASU BURGER?

'NASU BURGER' is a new locally-originated gourmet initiative launched under the theme of 'delicious food in Nasu that will continue 100 years into the future,' following in the footsteps of beloved local dishes such as 'Nasuben' and 'Nasu Suidon.'

The star ingredients are Nasu's pride—dairy products, fresh vegetables, and livestock products—nurtured by the region's rich natural environment. The project also actively incorporates underutilized ingredients to balance 'deliciousness' with 'environmental consideration,' creating a sustainable food experience.

Each participating establishment offers its own original 'NASU BURGER,' showcasing Nasu's unique culinary identity.

Additionally, an official logo has been selected from over 130 public submissions.
