GUGA Certifies Artis Solutions' Generative AI Passport Preparation Course to Support Human Resource Development and Business Efficiency

The General Incorporated Association for the Promotion of Generative AI Utilization (Representative Director: Satoshi Ihata, Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter: GUGA), which aims to implement generative AI in society and rebuild industries, announced that it has certified the "Generative AI Passport Preparation Course" planned and developed by Artis Solutions Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Yoshishige Matsumoto, Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter: Artis Solutions), which supports human resource development and operational efficiency, as a preparation course for the "Generative AI Passport," Japan's largest qualification exam (*) that prevents generative AI risks.

■ What is the Generative AI Passport?

The Generative AI Passport is Japan's largest qualification exam that prevents generative AI risks. It covers generative AI fundamentals, trends, usage methods, as well as precautions such as information leakage and rights infringement, allowing AI beginners to systematically acquire the minimum literacy required. By offering this qualification, GUGA aims to visualize companies and individuals with the literacy necessary for safe generative AI utilization and promote the standardization of AI literacy in Japanese society.

GUGA has established a certification body system (hereinafter: this system) with the aim of visualizing quality generative AI-related services and promoting a society where safe and secure services can be enjoyed. As generative AI continues to develop at a remarkable pace and many services are being offered, individuals utilizing generative AI and companies/organizations considering its introduction face challenges such as "difficulty in judging the quality of services" and "unease about whether correct information is being obtained." To address these issues, GUGA conducts a prescribed review of services such as educational and training programs related to generative AI, creation of guidelines, and corporate introduction support, and certifies companies that pass the review as "certified bodies."

Under this system, the "Generative AI Passport Preparation Course" planned and developed by Artis Solutions, which supports human resource development and operational efficiency, has now been certified as a preparation course for the "Generative AI Passport" exam. The course content allows learning through themes compliant with the syllabus, comprehension check tests, and mock exams.
