The Japan Women's Football League (Nadeshiko League) conducted a special dialogue between its chairperson, Ayumi Kaihori, and Osaka Football Association president, Akihiro Nagashima, in conjunction with the "U-15 Plenus Nadeshiko Academy Festival 2026". The Nadeshiko League has been holding the "U-15 Plenus Nadeshiko Academy Festival" since 2021 during the spring break period at J-GREEN Sakai in Sakai City, Osaka. This tournament is held without rankings, aiming to provide playing opportunities and a place for growth for U-15 female players. Given the high affinity between the Nadeshiko League's vision of "promotion," "community," and "diversity" and the Osaka Football Association's philosophy of "contributing to a peaceful and diverse society through the power of football," this dialogue was conducted to disseminate its value and significance. The dialogue exchanged opinions on human development through football, the promotion of women's football, community involvement, and the realization of a diverse society. They also discussed the importance of development for U-15 age groups, the significance of this tournament which provides playing opportunities to many players regardless of ranking, and the social value of football.
