Real Estate Crowdfunding Association Renews Official Website

The General Incorporated Association Real Estate Crowdfunding Association (hereinafter, the Association) has completely renewed its official website on June 29.

The Association will celebrate its third anniversary in August 2026. To mark this milestone, the website has been fully renewed with the aim of further enhancing information transparency and user convenience.

With this renewal, the website has been redesigned to help investors deepen their understanding of real estate crowdfunding. The 'Real Estate Crowdfunding Database (RCDB)' has been enhanced with expanded functionality, and new sections including a Beginner's Guide and Glossary have been added.

Key Features of the Renewal

1. Revamped 'Real Estate Crowdfunding Database (RCDB)'

The design has been updated to allow investors to instantly grasp the status of each service. Additionally, transparent data—including basic fund information, schedules, and property details—is updated daily.

2. New 'Beginner's Guide' and 'Glossary'

A Beginner's Guide has been introduced to enhance investor understanding. Furthermore, a new Glossary clearly explains real estate crowdfunding-specific terminology, expanding content accessibility for both beginners and advanced users.

3. Introduction of a Members-Only Page

By sharing materials and recordings from seminars and study sessions hosted by the Association, we aim to promote information exchange and deepen expertise among member companies.

The Association will continue to work toward creating an environment where investors can confidently utilize real estate crowdfunding.
