Nationwide Caravan Seminar 'Renovation Business Update' to be Held in 10 Cities Starting June 25 (Thu)!

The Japan Renovation Council (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Takuya Yamamoto) will hold a nationwide caravan seminar, 'Renovation Business Update,' for renovation practitioners. Starting with the Tokyo venue on Thursday, June 25, 2026, the seminar will be held sequentially in 10 cities across Japan: Tokyo, Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, Kanazawa, Niigata, Takamatsu, and Hiroshima. It allows for comprehensive learning across the wide range of knowledge required for renovation work, including architecture, design, real estate transactions, finance, taxation, and various systems. After four previous exam sessions, the cumulative number of examinees has reached 4,163, with 2,929 passing (pass rate 70.8%), showing high retention and results year after year. This certification system requires renewal every three years after acquisition. This ensures that certificate holders always possess the latest knowledge and practical skills to provide optimal proposals to clients.
