Prevent Heatstroke with AI! Learn Heat Countermeasures Fun through Life Hack Videos and Share with #HeatstrokeCallOut

The Heatstroke Prevention Call-Out Project Office (located in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Project Director/Social Entrepreneur: Taro Yamashita) will start distributing life hack videos that utilize AI to make learning various heat countermeasures fun, on the project's official SNS from June 9, 2026.

This year, a long hot summer is expected, and while opportunities to learn about heat countermeasures are diversifying, content that can be learned in a fun series is lacking. Therefore, the Heatstroke Prevention Call-Out Project will promote the distribution of life hack video content using AI characters such as perspectives from heat countermeasure goods, sweat, and humidity, on the project's official SNS from June 9 to mid-September, in order to strengthen sharing of heatstroke prevention call-outs on SNS.

The educational videos will be life hack videos created from familiar themes such as sweat, humidity, hydration, parasols, UV care, and heat countermeasure perspectives. A total of 36 videos are scheduled to be distributed during the period from June 9 to mid-September.

■What is the Heatstroke Prevention Call-Out Project?

The Heatstroke Prevention Call-Out Project is a project aimed at preventing heatstroke, undertaken by local governments, government offices, companies, and private organizations nationwide as a public-private partnership. It was launched in 2011 and is now in its 16th year.

Heatstroke can be prevented if we all call out to each other. We aim to reduce heatstroke deaths to zero through the power of communication by "calling out." The project is centered on an executive committee of experts including doctors and university professors, collaborates with the government, and conducts nationwide awareness activities as a public-private partnership with member companies, local governments, and private organizations.
