At 'MORETHAN CAFÉ RESTAURANT LOUNGE' on the hotel's first floor, a buffet will be offered featuring wood-fired pizzas made with mozzarella cheese from the hotel's own cheese factory 'UBUYAMA PLACE' in Asō, Kumamoto Prefecture, along with a variety of dishes incorporating ingredients from across Kyushu. Guests can freely enjoy popular items like the 'Ubuyama Margherita' baked in a wood-fired oven, along with other MORETHAN specialties.
