While this product was previously sold exclusively through some mail-order channels, this marks its first sale in retail stores. Watami Farm is expanding its product lineup for its organic Jerusalem artichoke brand to deliver the appeal of organically grown Jerusalem artichokes to more customers, and this product is positioned as the first step in this new development.
