This investment offering involves real estate digital securities backed by real estate trust beneficiary rights held by Roadstar Capital Co., Ltd., with subscription acceptance scheduled to begin on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Prior to the launch of this offering, joint seminars will be held on Wednesday, July 29 and Thursday, July 30, 2026, by Roadstar Investments Co., Ltd. and Roadstar Securities Co., Ltd.

The investment target of this offering is real estate trust beneficiary rights for the 'Chisun Hotel Yokohama Isezakicho' (hereinafter referred to as "the property") located in Naka Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

This investment offering adopts a structure that avoids borrowing from financial institutions at the structuring stage, instead purchasing the real estate trust beneficiary rights solely with funds raised from investors (100% equity). This approach minimizes the impact of fluctuating interest rates on cash flow during periods of rising interest rates, aiming to achieve long-term and stable income gains.
