GROUNDTAP LAGER is a classic lager that we have been brewing since our establishment, through the longest period of trial and error. We aimed for a flavor that, while being the 'clear and beautiful lager style' we idealize, also offers 'a slightly different taste.' This flavor is supported by local spring water and rice. We work every day, even now in our third year, on how to bring the flavors together while staying close to the local nature. Fortunately, we have recently had more opportunities to be evaluated at competitions.

What we value is a 'sense of balance that you can set aside.' It should taste delicious with the first sip, but never interrupt the meal or conversation. Rather, we want it to be a presence that makes the time a little more enjoyable. We would be happy if this beer becomes a catalyst for important communication.
