Cloud-based Billing Management Service "MakeLeaps" Makes Bulk Registration of Client Data More Convenient: AI-Powered "AI Auto-Mapping" Feature Launched

MakeLeaps Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter "MakeLeaps"), a Ricoh Group company, has launched an "AI Auto-Mapping" feature for its "Custom Client Import" optional function in the cloud-based billing management service "MakeLeaps." This feature allows AI to automatically link CSV file columns to MakeLeaps registration fields. With this feature, AI assists in the task of linking client data fields, which was previously done manually one by one, significantly reducing the effort required for initial setup when introducing MakeLeaps. Background of Development: It is common for small to large enterprises to register client information in bulk using CSV files exported from core systems, rather than registering them manually one by one. MakeLeaps has provided the "Custom Client Import" optional function to accommodate this. However, when registering in bulk using CSV files, it was necessary to manually link each column header of the CSV with the registration fields on the MakeLeaps side (client name, address, phone number, etc.). Also, the more items there were, the greater the burden of initial setup, which sometimes became a hurdle for introduction. To solve this issue, we developed the AI-based auto-mapping feature. Overview of "AI Auto-Mapping" Feature: After loading a CSV file using the "Custom Client Import" optional function, this feature allows AI to analyze the CSV header names and MakeLeaps registration fields and automatically select candidate matching fields with a single click of a button. Other Updates Implemented Simultaneously: In this update of Custom Client Import, in addition to the "AI Auto-Mapping" feature, we have also supported "Sending Setting Integration," which allows detailed settings according to document sending methods to be reflected as import data, and "Advanced Settings for Contact Information," which allows setting valid conditions for each item of contact information.
