Background of the Transition To date, our company has supported client companies in solving management challenges across a wide range of fields, including strategy, digital, technology, ERP, sales/marketing, and organization/human resources. This fundamental stance will not change going forward. Meanwhile, the very nature of consulting is undergoing significant transformation due to the rapid advancement of technologies such as generative AI. Our company has been enhancing its knowledge and practical application regarding AI utilization in recent years, and by actively incorporating AI going forward, we will provide even higher quality support to our clients more efficiently than ever before. This transition in structure is a strategic move to accelerate next-generation growth, taking into account these environmental changes. Under the new structure, where Nakamura will lead the company's overall growth strategy as Chairman & CGO, and Kawakami and Nishimura will be responsible for business execution as CEO and Co-CEO respectively, we will continue to contribute to the business development of our clients.
