Mizuho Kikai Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masakuni Oishi; hereinafter "the Company") has relocated its headquarters from Minami-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture to Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and commenced operations at its new office on April 27, 2026.

Since its establishment, the Company, as a scaffolding manufacturer, has pursued both quality and cost, providing products and services that cater to on-site needs. As we reach our 10th anniversary, we have relocated our headquarters functions to Tokyo to strengthen contact with more customers and business partners, and to achieve quick and flexible responses.

The new headquarters is located in "Signature Marunouchi," Regus's flagship center, which opened in October 2025, offering excellent accessibility and a comfortable working environment. By utilizing the calm atmosphere of the conference rooms and meeting spaces, we aim to enhance our function as a hub where customers can easily consult and visit.

Going forward, the Company will continue to strive for further improvements in quality, price, and responsiveness, centered on its main scaffolding product "M-FOLD," aiming to be a manufacturer "trusted by the site, for a reason," and to be increasingly chosen by customers.
