【Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong】 "Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental" Opens as a New Dining Facility on a Rooftop Location Overlooking the Hong Kong Skyline

Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, the flagship hotel of Mandarin Oriental, opened a new dining facility, "Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental," on March 12th this year, on the 25th-floor rooftop area of the adjacent commercial building, "Landmark Princes." This restaurant, marking the first foray into Hong Kong for world-renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, also signals the beginning of a large-scale renovation project that Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong will undertake.

"Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental," directly accessible from Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong via an indoor walkway, is the first restaurant operated by the hotel outside its main premises. From its 25th-floor rooftop location, guests can enjoy dramatic views of Hong Kong's iconic Victoria Harbour and the Central district skyline.

At "Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental," guests can savor seasonal menus based on Chef Boulud's distinctive four culinary concepts: "La Tradition (traditional French cuisine)," "La Saison (special seasonal dishes)," "Le Potager (garden's bounty)," and "Le Voyage (exotic flavors inspired by global gastronomy)." The menu celebrates the essence of French brasserie tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility.

During the soft opening period until mid-April this year, dinner service and bar snacks and drinks on the terrace area will be available. From mid-April onwards, full lunch and dinner service will commence, with afternoon tea service to follow at a later date. Throughout the day, a comprehensive à la carte menu will be offered, along with a carefully selected range of wines, original cocktails, and brewed beverages chosen to complement the dishes.

Paris-based design firm Malherbe Paris was responsible for the restaurant's interior design.
