Pets First Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Haruhiko Sakamoto, hereafter 'our group'), which operates under the philosophy 'Pets always come first', has renovated and reopened 'P's-first Odaka Store' operating inside 'Aeon Mall Odaka Petemo' in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, on April 24, 2026.

P's-first is a pet shop specializing in puppies and kittens, developed by Pets First Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kengo Yoshimura), which is under our group's umbrella. In accordance with our management philosophy, we accept pets through direct transactions with reliable contract breeders. After specialized staff conduct health checks for each individual pet at a wellness management center where veterinarians are stationed, they search for a family at P's-first stores.

At P's-first, the health and animal welfare of puppies and kittens are considered the absolute first priority. Veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and health management staff who have undergone educational programs supervised by veterinarians constantly protect their health. They spend their time in spacious, hygienic rooms where they can grow freely. Furthermore, through animal hospitals operated by our group, such as the Daikanyama Advanced Medical Center, we have prepared a veterinary environment capable of responding in the unlikely event that a pet falls ill.

Also, at directly managed P's-first stores, the store staff in charge of care and health management conduct an 'Anshin Call' (Peace of Mind Call) to ask about the situation after the pet is brought home. We empathize with the anxieties and questions immediately after adoption and provide support so that pets and their families can start their new lives with peace of mind.

The newly reopened P's-first Odaka store will also provide an environment and support system that puts pets first, offering a happy pet life for a lifetime.
