The Japan Patent Office (JPO) will hold the 2nd public briefing and study session for the Intellectual Property Expert Dispatch Program to VCs (VC-IPAS) on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:40 PM.

### What is VC-IPAS?
VC-IPAS is a program that dispatches IP experts, such as patent attorneys and lawyers, to Venture Capital firms (VCs) that support startups. The program aims to accelerate startup growth by providing support in building IP strategies integrated with business strategies, both before and after investment.
