For startups, contract review is an unavoidable task. As a business grows, the number of contracts to check increases, but the cost and delivery time of hiring a lawyer can be a bottleneck, leading to cases where contracts are signed without sufficient review.

With the recent rapid development of generative AI, more startups are using AI for contract reviews. However, using generative AI without specialized legal knowledge carries the risk of overlooking important issues or making unfavorable revisions.

In response, PCPL has developed "Hybrid Review," combining the speed of an initial AI review with the quality of a final professional check by a lawyer.

## Overview of "Hybrid Review"
Hybrid Review is a service where a lawyer provides a final review based on an initial AI-generated contract review, aiming to deliver results more affordably and quickly than a standard lawyer review.

- **Service Details**: Initial review by generative AI → Final check and comments by a lawyer
- **Eligible Contracts**: NDAs, Service Agreements, Basic Transaction Agreements, etc. (PCPL-specified types)
- **Turnaround**: Generally next business day (for requests by 5 PM) or the day after (for requests after 5 PM)
- **Fee**: Flat rate (e.g., 10,000 JPY + tax for an NDA)
- **File Format**: Word file (docx)
- **Output**: Word file with risk comments (including some revisions)
- **Additional Questions/Revisions**: Includes a number of follow-ups calculated by (Fee / 5,000 JPY)
