When customers enter furigana in hiragana, the system automatically converts it to katakana. Half-width kana inputs are also standardized to full-width katakana, minimizing data inconsistencies and improving accuracy in label printing and customer searches.
Auto Address Completion from Postal Code (Shopify Plus Exclusive - Checkout)
For Shopify Plus stores, the app replaces the default checkout with a system that references Japan Post's official address database. Entering a postal code automatically fills in the prefecture, city, and town names—reducing customer input time and errors, and helping prevent cart abandonment.

Previously, with Liquid-based My Pages, it was impossible to directly trigger Shopify Flow automations based on real-time customer actions such as editing and saving profile fields.
With 'Mypage Blocks,' a dedicated Shopify Flow trigger—'Customer Profile Updated'—is activated whenever a customer edits profile fields or notification settings on their My Page. Detailed data—including which field was updated and the new value—can be passed to Flow, enabling no-code automation such as:
- Automatically tagging customers as 'eligible for birthday coupon' when a birth month is registered
- Automatically adding customers to a Klaviyo segment when furigana is entered
- Automatically applying B2B pricing when a department name is registered
All collected data is stored in standard Shopify metafields, enabling seamless integration with Klaviyo, Shopify Flow, and various CRM tools.
