Ponta Pharmacy is a pharmacy that can be used through the LINE official account "Ponta Pharmacy" or the official website via smartphone, offering services from online medication guidance by pharmacists to prescription pickup procedures and medication consultations. In addition to home delivery of prescriptions at a later date, they can also be picked up at participating Lawson stores nationwide. Users can choose their preferred pickup method based on their lifestyle, whether they want to receive medication at home due to the burden of traveling to a pharmacy, or pick it up while out and about on their way to work or school.

This initiative will benefit those living in areas with few nearby pharmacies, as well as busy individuals such as parents raising children and business professionals who find it difficult to visit a pharmacy, and others who face challenges in accessing pharmacies on a daily basis.

Palm Healthcare is a joint venture between KDDI Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Makoto Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as KDDI) and Mitsubishi Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Katsuyuki Chiba; hereinafter referred to as Mitsubishi Corporation).
