Herbar House Co., Ltd. will grand open the Nagaoka Koyo Model House in Niigata Prefecture on June 6, 2026. Built specifically for heavy-snow regions like Nagaoka, this 25-tsubo, one-story house features an inner garage for convenient indoor access in bad weather. It offers outstanding insulation equivalent to HEAT20 G3, utilizing double insulation and wooden triple-pane sashes to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. For safety, it combines earthquake resistance class 3 with the MIRAIE Sigma vibration control system. The design features a neutral color palette, a seamless indoor-outdoor transition through a large LDK window, a two-way entryway, and an efficient housework layout.
