Individual Pure Water Car Wash "D-Wash" Opens in James Toyokawa Store Parking Lot

Toyota Mobility Parts Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Hirotaka Sakakibara)'s subsidiary, JO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President and CEO: Motomu Sendo), operates the James Toyokawa store. Within its parking lot, Daiwa House Parking Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Futoshi Sakai) of the Daiwa House Group opened "D-Wash James Toyokawa Store" on March 27, 2026.

This is a new endeavor aiming to enhance the synergy between both brands and create a place where "car wash enthusiasts" and "car lovers" can easily visit and enjoy, through a new format of a covered individual pure water car wash facility co-located with a car accessories store, which has high affinity.

This store is the first D-Wash to be co-located with James, providing a place where customers can experience "my-style car wash" by trying out products purchased at James in the car wash booth. It also serves as a one-stop hub for everything from car maintenance to purchasing goods, aiming to create a store that offers greater value to local customers.

D-Wash is a time-based car wash facility with private covered booths where all water used is "pure water," allowing for a personalized car wash experience. During use, pure water and equipment (high-pressure spray, blower, interior cleaner, sink, etc.) within the booth are available for unlimited use. By registering as a member/vehicle/cashless payment on the dedicated website, time reservations can be made. When a reserved vehicle enters, an AI camera-based entry/exit management system automatically completes payment after use.

Going forward, we will also plan events to make car washing more enjoyable, and continue to create stores that local customers can easily use.

　Based on the request from Toyokawa City Hall for water-saving measures and restrictions on nighttime water use due to water shortages in the Mikawa area, operating hours will be shortened to 9:00-17:00. When using the facility, please check the D-Wash James Toyokawa store homepage in advance to confirm operating hours and make a reservation before visiting.
