Daise Every 24 Acquires Hayashi Transport as a Subsidiary

Daise Every 24 Co., Ltd. has decided to acquire all issued shares of Hayashi Transport Co., Ltd. and make it a group company, effective June 1, 2026. As a logistics company specializing in chilled food, we have made the construction of a nationwide cold chain the foundation of our management. Hayashi Transport, which we are acquiring, is a regional logistics provider based in Hiroshima that has been developing general cargo trucking operations. Moving forward, we aim to leverage the management resources of both companies to gradually enhance our cold food logistics capabilities in the Chugoku and Kyushu regions, providing more stable and high-quality logistics services as a group.
