Daikoku Electric Acquires Fixed Assets of Miyako Hotel Gifu Nagaragawa Operated by Kintetsu Hotel Systems

Daikoku Electric Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Masakatsu Kayamori, Securities Code: 6430, hereinafter "the Company") resolved at its Board of Directors meeting held on June 30, 2026, to acquire fixed assets as follows. We hereby announce this decision.

1. Reason for Acquisition

The Company has set "Tourism Business" as one of its new businesses in its Mid-term Management Plan's 2030 Vision, aiming to create new entertainment experiences by leveraging AI, IoT, and video, audio, and interactive technologies cultivated in the pachinko industry.

The Company has decided to acquire the hotel building and its associated facilities, etc., operated by Kintetsu Hotel Systems Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Kintetsu Hotel Systems") as "Miyako Hotel Gifu Nagaragawa." Following the acquisition, Kintetsu Hotel Systems is scheduled to continue operations. While maintaining the customer base and brand value that the hotel has cultivated over many years, the Company aims to create new value by utilizing the system development capabilities and solution expertise of its group.

This initiative is a crucial step towards building a revenue base for the Company Group's tourism business and is deemed to contribute to the improvement of corporate value in the medium to long term, leading to the decision to acquire fixed assets.

3. Overview of the Other Party

The other party is a special purpose company in Japan. Due to confidentiality obligations with the other party, we will refrain from disclosing its overview. Furthermore, there are no capital, personnel, or transactional relationships between the Company and the other party that require disclosure, and the other party is not a related party of the Company.

Due to confidentiality obligations with the other party, we will refrain from disclosing the acquisition price. In acquiring this property, we have confirmed that the price is appropriate, referencing real estate appraisal reports from a third party.

Acquisition funds are planned to be from the Company's own funds.
