For the 4th Consecutive Year, TAKTOPIA Inc. Entrusted with Entrepreneurship Education "Chiba Entrepreneur Development Program FY2026"

TAKTOPIA Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yu Nagai; hereinafter referred to as TAKTOPIA), which develops entrepreneurship education programs, has been entrusted for the fourth consecutive year with the implementation of Chiba Prefecture's "Chiba Entrepreneur Development Program." Applications for the "Chiba Entrepreneur Development Program U25 Edition," to be held as part of this program, will open today. In past years, graduates of this program have achieved results such as winning the Supporter Award at the "CHIBA Biz Contest," an event for entrepreneurs based on starting businesses within the prefecture, for two consecutive years.

※1 Entrepreneurship is defined as the ability to create new value beyond existing frameworks, encompassing "entrepreneurial spirit (challenging spirit, creativity, etc.)" and "entrepreneurial qualities (information gathering/analysis skills, execution ability, communication skills, etc.)."

※2 This is a business plan competition organized by Chiba Prefecture. It aims to foster and support entrepreneurs by broadly soliciting business plans that contribute to the revitalization and problem-solving of Chiba Prefecture, with the premise of starting businesses within the prefecture, and by recognizing and supporting excellent business plans.

1) Schedule

1st Session: September 13, 2024 (Sun) 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Explore the city and discover challenges, recruit friends to solve challenges

2nd Session: September 20, 2024 (Sun) 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Develop business plans to solve challenges

3rd Session: September 23, 2024 (Holiday) 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Enhance business plans for high impact and sustainability *Online

4th Session: September 27, 2024 (Sun) 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Prepare to present your business plan

5th Session: October 11, 2024 (Sun) 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Present a business plan that garners broad support!

2) Content

Through this five-day program, participants will develop business plans that contribute to solving regional issues. The program features include:

1 Fieldwork: Listening to local residents and observing the community

2 Lectures: Theoretical learning on business plan development methods and entrepreneurship

3 Mentorship: Support for refining business plans by mentors

3) Target Audience

Motivated high school students (including those in the latter half of secondary education), technical college students, university students, graduate students, vocational school students, etc., residing or studying in Chiba Prefecture, or individuals aged 16 to 25 residing inside or outside the prefecture who are motivated to address regional issues in Chiba Prefecture.

*No prior experience in creating business plans is required.

4) Capacity

Approximately 25 participants

*Selection will be conducted if the number of applicants exceeds capacity.

*Group participation with multiple members is also possible.

5) Application Period

First Round Application: July 31, 2025 (Fri)

Second Round Application: August 25, 2025 (Tue)

Teams that create outstanding plans will be supported in participating in events such as "CHIBA Biz Contest 2026" and "Yasashii Machi, Matsudo Biz Contest."
