Seminar Overview

Are you diligently approaching customers who have requested information, only to find it difficult to secure appointments?

Many construction companies likely struggle with this situation, receiving inquiries but being told, "We're still in the information gathering stage..." and being unable to proceed to negotiations.

The primary reasons for this often lie in the following two points:

- The questioning process is not designed to draw out the customer's latent intentions and interests. - Responses remain superficial, failing to delve into their true feelings.

In this state, no matter how diligently you continue to engage, it becomes difficult to naturally secure appointments. In reality, simply refining your methods for digging deeper into needs can naturally lead customers in the early stages of consideration to the next action.

Therefore, we will be holding a seminar titled "Deep Dive Techniques to Elicit True Needs and Secure Appointments from Customers in the Early Stages of Consideration," where we will explain practical methods for drawing out customers' true feelings and reliably leading them to appointments.
