(Headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Masanobu Wada; hereinafter, Robocross), will debut their joint automation system "AutoTaylor System" at "DXPO Nagoya 2026," held on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

What is the AutoTaylor System?

The "AutoTaylor System" is a next-generation automation platform that solves challenges in manufacturing sites such as "no room to increase personnel" and "no budget or space for investment to reconfigure lines for multi-product support." By freely combining Tenryu Seiki's dedicated machine units with Robocross's collaborative robots, it achieves automation tailored to existing processes. Furthermore, by replacing units, it allows for phased introduction and expansion, enabling productivity improvement while minimizing risks.

About This Exhibition

At this exhibition, we will conduct live demonstrations and individual consultations at our booth for a system incorporating "Roxy AI" from Winzsoft Co., Ltd., which specializes in AI visual inspection. By combining the hardware domain handled by Tenryu Seiki and Robocross with the AI software expertise of Winzsoft, it becomes possible to build advanced automation lines that integrate processes from production to inspection. This allows us to provide solutions that can respond more flexibly and accurately to diverse manufacturing needs.
