The boat will depart at the scheduled departure time. Please arrive with plenty of time.

*The event will be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (16 adults) is not met three weeks before the departure date. Please understand in advance.

～ About Cancellations ～

In case of cancellation after the reservation is confirmed, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

● 5 days before the reservation date: 50%
● 3 days before the reservation date: 80%
● The day before or on the day of the reservation: 100%

*Cancellation fees will not be charged in the following cases:

(1) When weather or sea conditions may pose a danger to the operation of the vessel.
(2) In the event of natural disasters, man-made disasters, marine accidents, breakdown of the vessel in use, or other unavoidable circumstances.
(3) When there is a risk of danger during departure or docking due to emergency evacuation of the vessel.
