JAZZ-themed Beer "Bloom Groove" to be Released on Friday, May 8 at YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO and BLUE NOTE PLACE

Sapporo Breweries Ltd., a group company of Sapporo Holdings Ltd., will release "Bloom Groove" in limited quantities on Friday, May 8, at "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO" (Note 1), a Yebisu brand experience hub with brewing facilities located in Ebisu, the birthplace of Yebisu Beer, and at the BLUE NOTE PLACE (Note 2) outdoor counter. "Bloom Groove" is a special IPA-style beer brewed for the music festival "EBISU Bloomin’JAZZ GARDEN 2026" (Note 3). With the theme "Fragrance and individuality bloom," it is the first beer to use "2011U," one of the world's leading fragrant hops developed by Sapporo Beer. Its gorgeous aroma, reminiscent of roses and grapefruit, blossoms vividly within the IPA style, accompanied by the groove of jazz. During the "EBISU Bloomin' JAZZ GARDEN 2026" period, JAZZ live performances will also be held at "YEBISU BREWERY TOKYO." It was developed with the concept of "Fragrance and individuality bloom," inspired by this year's EBISU Bloomin’JAZZ GARDEN theme: "MUSIC×BEER×FOOD×GREEN." The key to unlocking its individuality is the unnamed hop "2011U" developed by Sapporo Beer. This is the first time this hop has been used in a beer offered to customers.
