Roles in the New Structure

This structural reinforcement aims to speed up management decisions, strengthen business operations, organizational management, and governance systems, and improve development quality and talent development capabilities.

Chairman Shunsuke Momose will be responsible for creating global business opportunities and mid-to-long-term strategy, promoting the building of external networks and strengthening the business foundation.

President Yusuke Yamada will focus on formulating management strategies and making key decisions for the evolution into a "business creation platform company."

Senior Managing Executive Officer Hidekazu Kato and Managing Executive Officer Takashi Sato will be responsible for strengthening business operations, organizational management, and governance systems.

Furthermore, Satoshi Ogawa has been appointed as Executive Officer, Head of Development, and Yohei Tsutsumi as Executive Officer, Head of Talent Development. They will promote the development of the CONNECT AI-based development infrastructure, improvement of development quality, enhancement of technical capabilities, and advancement of talent development.

By clarifying the responsibilities and roles of each area, the company will enhance the execution capability of its management policies and strengthen the organizational foundation that supports sustainable business growth.

Evolution into a Business Creation Platform Company

CONNECT has adopted a lab-type development model where all projects are promoted in-house, accumulating technical know-how and business insights generated on the development floor as organizational assets.
