Japan's electricity market is seeing the emergence of new markets, such as the supply-demand adjustment market, as it moves towards making renewable energy a primary power source. This is accelerating the creation of new businesses using battery storage and demand response (DR) methods. To maximize the value of battery storage and DR, complex operations that meet market and equipment requirements are necessary.
