Obuse Town and Glocal Partner to Drive Sustainable Town Development via Public-Private Collaboration

Obuse Town in Nagano Prefecture and Glocal Inc. have launched a regional revitalization initiative using the Ministry of Internal Affairs' entrepreneur dispatch system. Starting April 1, 2026, Glocal will dispatch two experts to Obuse for a period of up to three years. These specialists will support the Obuse Entire Town Revitalization Council, providing hands-on expertise in new business creation and regional industrial problem-solving. The partnership aims to bridge the gap between strategic planning and practical execution, fostering an environment for sustainable growth and talent circulation within the local community.
