This store, the seventh to open following the Shinsaibashi store launched this May, is a street-level shop located in the "Ura-Hara" area where street style and fashion intersect. While focusing on an expert eyewear selection experience based on face shape and personal color analysis, this store will also feature the debut of the "Paloceras" (パロセラス) brand in Japan and the first-ever launch of the vintage curation series "MAISON OPTICAL ARCHIVE." The world of MAISON OPTICAL will be embodied with a new lineup.

An eyewear brand founded in 2022 by two award-winning designers, Alexis Perron-Corriveau and Mika Matikainen, based in Helsinki and Lisbon. Fukui Prefecture's Sabae City, Japan's proud eyewear mecca. A new project, "MAISON OPTICAL ARCHIVE," has been born, featuring the discovery and curation by MAISON OPTICAL's discerning eye of extremely rare, completely unused deadstock frames that were once produced but are no longer manufactured or distributed, lying dormant in Sabae. These precious vintage frames, revived for the modern era by artisans, are customized with optimal color lenses that capture the current mood. They will be offered as "perfect one-of-a-kind items," each existing as the only one of its kind in the world, imbued with history and individuality. Lens replacement, including prescription lenses, is also available.

Selected Lineup

Centered around its own original brands "MAISON OPTICAL," "Oh My Glasses TOKYO," and "Azabu Eyewear," the store offers a diverse selection spanning genres and price points, including international designer brands like TOM FORD and Yohji Yamamoto, as well as factory brands from Sabae, Fukui Prefecture. The store will also begin carrying "Shelter" (シェルター), a French brand that fuses the rebellious spirit with the grand nature of the French Alps.
