Mercure Sapporo, operated by the French hotel chain Accor, will host a summer-limited wine terrace, 'La Terrasse du Provence,' starting June 19, 2026, in the hotel's 4th-floor courtyard, 'La Terrasse.'

Located in the heart of the city, 'La Terrasse' allows guests to feel the breeze and greenery while drinking under the open sky. This special summer project offers an oasis inspired by Provence, France, catering to adults who want to escape the urban noise for a slightly luxurious outdoor dining experience. Various special events are planned during the period, making it a space with different charms throughout the season.

Two types of plates are offered: the 'Marche Plate' (cold dishes) and the 'Bistro Plate' (warm dishes). Selections include roast beef with truffle sauce, octopus carpaccio, grilled herb pork shoulder from Makkari Village, and more, all paired to complement wine. Cheese and baguettes are available for unlimited refills. Guests can enjoy these with an all-you-can-drink menu featuring red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines, as well as draft beer and cocktails.

The event runs from June 19 (Fri) to August 31 (Mon), 2026, operating in three sessions between 14:00 and 21:00. The price is 6,000 yen for adults (5,000 yen for the 'Early Terrace Plan' on weekdays starting at 14:00), and reservations must be made by the day before. The venue uses solar power, balancing environmental consideration with a comfortable space. Please enjoy this unique, sustainable hotel experience at Mercure Sapporo, which in 2025 became the first hotel in Hokkaido to receive the 'Green Key' certification.
