We propose a unique summer experience where you can enjoy grilled dishes made with Nara Prefecture ingredients, along with beer and champagne, while feeling the pleasant evening breeze in an open rooftop setting.

For the main course, we offer a grilled plate featuring "Baaku Pork" from Nara Prefecture, generously grilled over charcoal. This brand pork, characterized by its sweet fat and rich umami, is finished to be fragrant and juicy.

We offer a lineup that pairs perfectly with beer, such as grilled sausages, Cajun-style fried chicken, and charcoal-grilled homemade Baaku pork bacon.

For potato lovers, unlimited refills of French fries are available within the time limit, along with dips that allow for flavor variations, such as smoky BBQ sauce and curry-flavored mayonnaise.

Additionally, the menu includes exotic essences such as "Plov," an rice dish familiar in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, a sister city of Nara City, and spiced edamame.

To finish, a marshmallow dessert pizza is prepared, combining the sweetness of marshmallows with fragrant baked pizza. It's a perfect dish to enjoy after a meal, right to the end.
