ERM Japan and Institute for Environmental Engineering Form Partnership in Environmental and Social Fields

ERM Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, 'the Company') has entered into a partnership agreement with the Institute for Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, 'Kensetsu Kankyo'), a leading environmental consultancy in Japan. This agreement enables both companies to leverage their respective strengths to deliver more advanced and comprehensive services in areas such as environmental and social impact assessment, natural capital and biodiversity (including TNFD alignment), and environmental and social risk evaluation associated with infrastructure and energy development, both domestically and internationally.

Background of the Business Partnership Agreement
