Neurorework, a vocational rehabilitation (life skills training) facility supporting return to work and employment after leave, makes its first expansion into Hokkaido! Sapporo Center Grand Opens on July 1 (Wed)!

Include Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / Representative Director Koichi Ozaki) will grand open the Neurorework Sapporo Center, a vocational rehabilitation (life skills training) facility supporting return to work and employment for individuals on leave or who have left their jobs due to depressive symptoms, adjustment disorder, or adult developmental disorders, on July 1, 2026 (Wed).

What is "Neurorework"?

Neurorework is a vocational rehabilitation (life skills training) facility / employment transition support facility that introduces "Brain Fitness" to support daily routines and provides support for individuals with depressive symptoms and mental health issues.

In addition to training to commute to a fixed location at a fixed time every day, we realize social participation, employment, return to work, and re-employment through programs aimed at stable living, including knowledge acquisition, skill development, physical recovery, and lifestyle improvement programs.

Health created from 6 domains: Sleep, Diet, Stress Care, Exercise, Intellectual Stimulation, and Interpersonal Relationships

The Brain Fitness program is an initiative developed by the Brain Fitness Research Institute, which has neuroscientists on staff, and operated by Include Co., Ltd., to "acquire healthy lifestyle habits."

Based on joint research with Tohoku University on cognitive function maintenance and evidence-based research on depression and lifestyle habits, this unique program, supervised by psychiatrists, has been used by many users at Neurorework and has been well-received.

In addition to mindfulness for sleep, diet, exercise, and stress care, users will acquire healthy lifestyle habits focusing on six domains, including intellectual stimulation such as brain training to improve concentration and attention, and interpersonal relationships.

To date, over 1,500 graduates (those who have returned to work or found employment) have been supported, with a workplace retention rate exceeding 90% six months after employment.
