Shunsuke Nakamura

Graduated from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Letters, The University of Tokyo.

After working for a major non-life insurance company, he joined Alue Co., Ltd. in its early stages, where he held positions such as Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, and Representative of the Indian subsidiary. He also led the establishment of the "Paradoxical Leadership Industry-Academia Collaborative Course" at Kyoto University Graduate School of Management and taught as an associate professor. Currently, he is the head of the Solutions Division and works as an executive consultant, developing leaders for various companies.
