Newly Launched Doorphone 'JY-11' Embraces Simplicity

Iphon Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakamura-ku, Nagoya; President: Tomoo Suzuki; hereinafter 'Iphon') will launch the 'JY-11' video doorphone on July 10, 2026. Designed to blend seamlessly into living spaces, the JY-11 combines minimalist aesthetics with practical functionality.

The indoor monitor unit of the 'JY-11' features a significantly reduced vertical dimension compared to current models, achieving a compact square shape that harmonizes well with surrounding home electronics. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch monitor. The outdoor camera unit adopts a refined, minimalist design by minimizing the visual impact of speaker holes and nighttime LED lighting, allowing it to blend elegantly with various exterior styles. At night, the built-in LED illumination ensures clear color video, enabling users to identify visitors with confidence.

The 'JY-11' includes a built-in recording function that automatically saves still images captured by the outdoor camera whenever a visitor rings the doorbell. This allows users to review visits made while they were away, enhancing convenience. Additionally, the system upgrades from the traditional half-duplex intercom to a full-duplex simultaneous talk function, enabling smooth, uninterrupted two-way conversations. This ensures clear communication even when both parties speak at the same time.

Iphon will position the 'JY-11' as a video doorphone that balances design elegance with user-friendly features, targeting a broad range of residential customers.
