This program is designed to address customer concerns such as "I'm worried if the effects will last" and "What if I rebound after fasting?" If your weight returns to the level it was before fasting (at check-in) within 60 days of check-out, we will offer you a free return stay on the same plan.

Eligible Plans: I-Wellness Plan (2 nights or more) / Experience Plan (2 nights or more) / Premium Plan (4 nights or more)

Support Details: If your weight exceeds the weight at check-in (before fasting) within 60 days of check-out, we will provide the same plan, same number of nights, and same grade of room for free (additional nights, upgrades, and paid options will incur separate charges).

Reporting Method: Send a photo of your scale to our official LINE. Staff will respond within 24 hours.

Return Visit Deadline: Within 180 days from the date of confirmation of your report.

Other Fees: A bathing tax of 300 yen per night will be charged separately for the second visit (free return visit).
