International UFO Laboratory 5th Anniversary: 'UFO Day Sengamori Festival' to be Held!

The Iino Town Revitalization Research Group (Chairman: Ryuichi Aso) will host the 'UFO Day Sengamori Festival' on Sunday, June 21, to commemorate International UFO Day (June 24) and the 5th anniversary of the International UFO Laboratory (https://ufo-laboratory.com).

On the day, the event will feature an 'Alien Hunt Adventure Tour' at Sengamori, a mysterious mountain often cited for UFO sightings and rumored to be a UFO base. Additionally, local specialties like 'UFO Gyoza' and various UFO and alien-themed merchandise will be on sale. <Festival Overview>

1. Alien Hunt! Sengamori Adventure Tour - Date & Time: Sunday, June 21, 2026 (Proceeds in rain; cancelled in severe weather). Registration from 9:30, starts 10:30 (30-min one-way, 90 mins total). - Fee: Adults 1,000 JPY, Children 500 JPY (junior high and below). Capacity: 100 people. Includes a special sticker and a ticket to the UFO Fureai-kan. - Meeting Point: In front of UFO Fureai-kan (1-299, Kotegami-mori, Aoki, Iino-machi, Fukushima-shi, Fukushima; TEL 024-562-2002). - Content: An adventure tour with local guides to find alien statues on Sengamori, a site rumored to be a UFO base. There will also be a UFO-summoning event at the summit.

2. Iino Gourmet Market - Date & Time: Sunday, June 21, 10:00–15:00. - Venue: Parking lot in front of the UFO Products Building. - Content: Sale of local UFO Gyoza, UFO/alien goods. New tote bags and T-shirts will be on sale. The popular local sake, 'Soratobu Utage Kizuna,' will also be available.
