An authentic gassho-zukuri (thatched farmhouse) minshuku within Shirakawago's UNESCO World Heritage village. The rare opportunity to stay in a 200+ year old thatched house and experience life within the historic village. Dinner of Hida home cooking around the irori features mountain vegetables, salt-grilled iwana trout, and Hida beef.
