(Headquarters: Osaka, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Shinsuke Baba), operator of the Himeji Rich Tonkotsu 'Ramen Zundoya' chain, will hold its 'Founding Festival' on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at all 'Ramen Zundoya' locations nationwide to commemorate its 24th anniversary. On this day, the 'Motoaji Ramen,' which has been loved since the company's founding, will be offered for one day only at half price: 430 yen (tax included).

'Ramen Zundoya' was born on April 4, 2002, in the castle town of Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture. Currently, it operates 109 stores in Japan, 6 in Shanghai, China, and 1 in Indonesia (as of March 27, 2026). The restaurants are visited by many customers every day, with some locations seeing up to 800 customers in a single day.

'Ramen Zundoya' prides itself on its silky tonkotsu soup, carefully simmered for over 10 hours using only water and pork bones, resulting in a mellow, non-gamey flavor. We are committed to our homemade noodles, using carefully selected flour to achieve a rich flavor and firm texture. Additionally, the amount of back fat can be adjusted to the customer's preference. You can enjoy the unique taste of 'Himeji Rich Tonkotsu,' which is rich yet leaves a light aftertaste.

We are holding our 'Founding Festival' again this year as we reach our 24th anniversary. This annual event is a special day to express our heartfelt gratitude to the customers who support 'Ramen Zundoya' every day. The 'Motoaji Ramen' allows you to fully enjoy the silky rich tonkotsu soup unique to 'Ramen Zundoya,' our melt-in-your-mouth tender chashu pork, and the deliciousness of our homemade noodles.

Starting on the day of the festival, Saturday, April 4, we will also launch a LINE-linked stamp rally event at all stores. You can earn double stamps on the day of the Founding Festival, and collecting stamps will allow you to enter a lottery for discount coupons and gift certificates.
