ZETA has been advancing AI agent support for the "ZETA CX Series" since the end of 2025.
To date, we have announced integrations with "Channel Talk" (*2), an AI chat service with an extensive global track record, and "LiveX AI" (*3), an AI agent utilizing holograms and digital panels, in partnership with NVIDIA, a strategic partner in the retail sector.
As we strategically advance AI agent compatibility, support for major generative AIs such as ChatGPT and Gemini is essential, and we are sequentially working on these integrations. As part of these efforts, the respective products of the "ZETA CX Series" have now begun supporting "Apps in ChatGPT," OpenAI's app integration feature.
This allows consumers, through ChatGPT apps provided by EC operators, to directly reference product searches, recommendations, reviews/Q&A, and more, powered by our "ZETA CX Series" on EC sites.
Specifically, by utilizing "ZETA LINK" (*4), our generative AI integration platform service, compliance with the app specifications of "Apps in ChatGPT" is achieved. We will also support the construction of corresponding apps and the review process at OpenAI. Once approved by OpenAI, it will be published in the ChatGPT app directory and made available for users. Furthermore, we will respond to future specification changes of "Apps in ChatGPT" through updates to "ZETA LINK."
Consequently, consumers can enjoy a shopping experience indicative of the agentic commerce era directly on ChatGPT, seamlessly engaging with product searches, recommendations, and reviews/Q&A without conscious effort.
