Hama Sushi Co., Ltd. (President and Representative Director: Tetsushi Minami; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), which operates the sushi chain "Hama Sushi," will hold the "Hama Sushi's Minami Maguro Ootoro and Dekaneta Festival" at its nationwide stores starting Tuesday, June 9.

At this fair, we will offer "Minami Maguro Ootoro," which allows you to enjoy a rich, melt-in-your-mouth flavor, "Giant 5-Vegetable Tempura Nigiri" made with five types of vegetables including onion and carrot for a hearty bite, and "Duck Tsukune Gunkan," a sweet and spicy duck meatball grilled over charcoal and finished with a special sauce, all for 100 yen (110 yen including tax).

We will also introduce "Mountain of Grilled Toro Salmon Wrap," topped with plenty of rich, grilled salmon that stimulates the appetite, "Mountain of Red Shrimp Wrap," featuring plump red shrimp topped with popping tobiko (Sakhalin herring roe), and "Kuruma Ebi," which offers a rich sweetness, umami, and a firm texture.

In the "Supreme Single Piece" series, we will sell "Kagoshima-produced Large-cut Live-Seared Hiramasa," a high-end fish characterized by firm flesh and refined fat, "Giant Shrimp Fry Nigiri," with a satisfying texture from the plump shrimp and crispy batter, and "Whole Anago," featuring soft, melt-in-your-mouth conger eel with a touch of coarsely chopped wasabi.

For side menus, we offer "Rich Cold Dan Dan Noodles (with Sichuan Pepper)," made with two types of carefully selected sesame and vinegar for a flavorful taste, and "Fish Nuggets with Hanakoebi®," which adds fragrant and savory "Hanakoebi®" to fish surimi for a perfect accompaniment to sushi. The "Fish Nuggets with Hanakoebi®" come in five random shapes, including fish, squid, and hearts, making it fun to guess the shape. At Hama Cafe Lab, we have prepared "Rich Matcha Baked Cheesecake," which uses refreshing and mellow matcha to achieve an exquisite balance of sweetness and bitterness.

To commemorate the fair, Hama Sushi's official X account will hold a campaign where a total of 80 winners will receive 3,000 yen worth of meal vouchers usable at Hama Sushi. We encourage everyone to participate.
